Job Requirements
  • Minimum 7 Years of Relevant DFT Experience
  • Able to Lead a team and ensure team delivery to customer.
  • Good Experience in Scan Insertion, Scan DRC Checks.
  • Experience in Atpg,Mbist,Simulation,ijtag skills is MUST.
  • Should have working knowledge in LBIST is Preferred.
  • Good communication skills and Leadership skills.
