  • Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site, fostering a strong safety culture.

  • Lead safety briefings, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with HSE and renewable industry best practices.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and certifications for compliance with MCS, NICEIC, or equivalent regulatory bodies.

Workforce Management, Training & Upskilling

  • Identify skills gaps within the workforce and implement structured training and upskilling programs to improve technical expertise.

  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous professional growth in renewable energy technologies.

Resource & Project Efficiency

  • Work with the project team to support effective allocation of materials, equipment, and workforce to optimise productivity and cost-effectiveness.

  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, minimise waste, and ensure sustainability in installations.

  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of necessary resources.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Guarantee all installations meet technical and regulatory standards, ensuring seamless handover and compliance with warranties.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing proactive problem-solving strategies.

  • Continuously assess and improve installation processes, incorporating new technologies and methods for enhanced performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Effectively manages competing priorities, deadlines, and workloads.

  • Outstanding Communication: Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Leadership & Team Motivation: Leads by example and motivates teams to achieve shared goals.
