What are you going to do?

As a Technical Manager / Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate tender processes in collaboration with Procurement (RFQs, bid analysis, contractor selection)
  • Manage technical aspects of projects from design to delivery, including: feasibility studies, design review (architectural, engineering, MEP), permitting and compliance
  • Act as project manager during execution phase: planning and scheduling, budget tracking and cost control, risk identification and mitigation, coordination of internal stakeholders and external contractors
  • Oversee construction and renovation works on site, ensuring quality of execution, compliance with specifications and regulations, respect of timelines and budgets
  • Monitor and coordinate maintenance programs (preventive & corrective) and ensure continuous improvement of technical performance
  • Drive energy efficiency and sustainability projects (energy savings, HVAC optimization, lighting, carbon reduction initiatives)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
  • Prepare and present technical files and investment proposals for internal approval committees
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices across the portfolio

Where will you be working?

  • You will report directly to the French Real Estate Leader
  • You will be based at our HQ “Emblem” in La Défense (Paris area)
  • Frequent travel within France is expected depending on project locations

Who are we looking for ?

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (civil engineering, construction, energy, or similar)
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in: technical project management, construction, engineering consultancy, or real estate environment, site supervision or works management
  • Strong experience in: drafting technical specifications and managing tenders, multi-disciplinary project coordination, construction project lifecycle management
  • Solid knowledge of: building systems (HVAC, electrical, structural), maintenance practices and facility management, energy efficiency and sustainability topics
  • Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Capacity to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a matrix and international environment
  • Fluent in French and English
