📌 Key Responsibilities:
▪ Prepare quantity take-offs from tender and shop drawings.
▪ Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
▪ Prepare and review monthly payment certificates for clients and subcontractors.
▪ Measure and verify executed quantities on-site against contract drawings.
▪ Prepare variation orders and assess additional or omitted works.
▪ Coordinate with site engineers to resolve technical and quantity-related issues.
▪ Monitor material quantities and ensure alignment with project requirements.
▪ Prepare final quantity reconciliation and project final accounts.
📌 Requirements:
▪ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
▪ Proven experience in Quantity Surveying / Technical Office within construction projects.
▪ Strong knowledge of BOQs, invoices, variation orders, and quantity take-off.
▪ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying software.
▪ Excellent analytical and communication skills.
