- Oversee the thorough examination of project documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Manage the preparation and submission of RFIs and RFPs to project consultants, supervise the creation and distribution of precise shop drawings using Revit, ASD, and AutoCAD
- Prepare and issue shop drawings (using Revit, ASD & AutoCAD) for all allocated tasks.
- lead coordination efforts with various trades to resolve conflicts.
- Follow up material submittal status to be applied on shop drawings.
- provide guidance in conducting preliminary quantity surveys as needed and maintain diligent oversight of material submittal statuses for seamless integration into shop drawings.
HSE Duties:
- To adhere and uphold the HSE procedures and policies established by REDCON.
- To refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by REDCON.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil-Architecture – Mechanical - Electrical).
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience.
