Interested in joining a team that’s eager to create, innovate and make an impact on the world? Read on.

This role is critical to sustaining and advancing executive-level reporting, business management, and governance activities across the Office of the CISO. The Vice President will own high-visibility cyber reporting processes, including the Cyber Executive Reporting Dashboard, board-level materials, senior stakeholder updates, and regional CISO engagement. The role will also support cyber finance and program management activities, helping translate complex cyber initiatives, risks, metrics, and financial information into clear, actionable insights for senior Technology, Finance, Cyber, and Risk stakeholders.

The position requires seasoned judgment, strong delivery discipline, and the ability to manage sensitive, time-critical deliverables in a highly matrixed environment. The role is based in Baltimore to enable close collaboration with direct team members and the senior stakeholder community supported by the Office of the CISO.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Lead and manage executive cyber reporting deliverables for the Office of the CISO, including recurring senior management updates, board-level reporting, cyber education materials, and ad hoc stakeholder requests.
  • Own the end-to-end operating model for the Cyber Executive Reporting Dashboard (CERD), including roadmap coordination, governance, data quality, enhancement prioritization, and alignment with source systems such as Jira and the Firm’s program management tool.
  • Design enterprise Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions in support of CISO Operations and required reporting.
  • Partner with the reporting platform owner to develop complex DAX measures, KPIs, calculated columns, and reporting logic.
  • Partner with initiative owners, Chiefs of Staff, Technology teams, Finance, Risk, and Cyber leadership to collect, validate, synthesize, and present cyber program information in a consistent, executive-ready format.
  • Drive the continued maturation of cyber reporting processes, including dashboard enhancements, metric standardization, reporting cadence management, and automation opportunities across repeatable reporting and compliance activities.
  • Support cyber finance business management activities, including budget tracking, financial reporting, headcount analysis, workforce and location planning inputs, and coordination across Technology Finance and cyber leadership stakeholders.
  • Provide program and budget management support for key Office of the CISO priorities, ensuring deliverables are tracked, dependencies are managed, and risks or issues are escalated appropriately.
  • Coordinate regional CISO engagement and reporting, including preparation of materials, stakeholder follow-up, input tracking, and alignment across regional and global cyber teams.
  • Develop clear narratives, talking points, Q&A materials, and briefing documents for senior leaders to support internal governance forums, executive reviews, and external-facing discussions where appropriate.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement for cyber underwriting, risk reporting, governance, and strategic cyber initiatives, ensuring inputs are complete, deadlines are met, and messaging is aligned.
  • Translate complex cyber, technology, risk, and financial information into concise executive-level materials that support decision-making and oversight.
  • Maintain strong governance over reporting deliverables, including version control, source documentation, issue tracking, and recurring review cycles with senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, reduce manual effort, and strengthen transparency across cyber performance, investment, delivery status, and risk posture.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in business management, program management, cyber/technology reporting, financial management, risk management, or executive-level governance.
  • Strong experience supporting senior executive stakeholders, with the ability to manage high-visibility deliverables, sensitive information, and competing priorities with sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs and coordinate across Technology, Finance, Cybersecurity, Risk, and business management teams.
  • Experience with budget management, financial reporting, workforce/headcount analysis, program financials, or related business management activities.
  • Strong understanding of management reporting disciplines, including data collection, quality control, metric development, reporting governance, and executive presentation development.
  • Experience developing executive-ready materials, including dashboards, board presentations, senior leadership updates, briefing documents, talking points, and decision-support materials.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, technology risk, or information security concepts, with the ability to translate technical topics into business, operational, and risk-focused narratives.
  • Power BI experience is required, along with familiarity with tools and processes such as Jira, PPM, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies within a mature SDLC environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to connect details across programs, financials, risks, and stakeholder priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for executive, technical, financial, and risk audiences.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver polished work under tight timelines.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, operational resilience, or financial services technology.
  • Experience supporting CISO, CIO, CTO, COO, Finance, Risk, or board-level reporting functions.
  • Prior experience with cyber metrics, risk dashboards, governance forums, regulatory or audit-related reporting, or technology investment reporting.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks or risk concepts such as NIST CSF, CRI, ISO/IEC 27001 & 27002, SOC2, or similar governance and control frameworks.
  • Experience identifying automation opportunities across reporting, compliance, financial management, or program governance processes.
