Technical Program Manager / Data Program Manager - Cloud Data & Analytics Delivery

Job Location - Charlotte NC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • 8 years of Technology Delivery Program Management Technical Project Leadership experience
  • 5 years delivering cloud based Data Analytics solutions
  • Hands on Google Cloud Platform GCP experience
  • Proven experience leading end to end delivery of largescale data platform initiatives
  • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects across data ingestion transformation storage analytics and reporting
  • Experience coordinating cross functional teams including Engineering Architecture Security Infrastructure Data Governance and Business stakeholders

Strong Understanding Of

  • Agile methodologies
  • Software Development Lifecycle SDLC
  • DevOps practices
  • Data Ops practices

Proven Ability To Manage

  • Project plans roadmaps milestones and release schedules
  • Budget scope resource utilization and delivery metrics
  • Risks issues blockers and dependency management
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies sprint planning backlog management and release management
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with architects engineers and business stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management communication presentation and executive reporting skills
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field

Secondary Skillsets

  • Experience delivering enterprise data platforms
  • Experience with Data Lake architectures
  • Experience with Data Mesh architectures
  • Knowledge of modern Data Engineering frameworks and architectural patterns

For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $103330 to $128656 for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process. If a collective labour agreement applies to this role, we will share the relevant pay scale details with you. Note: We never ask about your current or past salary during our recruitment process.
