  • Lead and influence efforts across Pan-HP business units to ensure all areas are represented and solutions are implemented using HP way
  • Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders and executives
  • Synthesize complex program data into clear progress reports, risk analyses, and escalation paths for HP executives and partner stakeholders
  • Review and evaluate program plans, providing tangible feedback to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the organization’s program management framework

  • Self-starter, able to lead and influence a diverse team and can work effectively across cultural and time zone boundaries
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, capable of bridging highly technical teams with management and support teams. Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate program and technical plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels; Ability to bridge the gap between highly technical engineering teams and non-technical business/executive leadership
  • History of innovation with examples of developing new business, technical, engineering and/or manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including briefing of executive management, leading and or working with scrum teams, negotiating with business groups, communicating with stakeholders, and directing matrix teams and resources
