Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience building, automating, and developing distributed systems.
- Experience managing end-to-end software engineering programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Basic SQL and scripting skills needed for data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills, including experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
- Excellent problem solving, and critical thinking skills, combined with excellent business judgment.

Responsibilities
- Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
- Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
- Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
- Project execution leadership leveraging technical expertise and organization skills to increase team velocity.
- Process design and implementation to facilitate client onboarding, metric gathering and reporting, and other tasks.
