About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to take the lead in orchestrating projects that span across departments and functions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, an understanding of development workflows, and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving, high-impact environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a critical role in shaping project outcomes and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure with clarity, control, and ownership.
- Align teams around a shared vision, ensuring everyone is clear on priorities and deliverables.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to meet project milestones.
- Continuously evaluate processes, optimize workflows, and enforce Agile best practices.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, sprint plans, reports, and updates.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, key milestones, risks, and blockers — ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project or product management.
- 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience (highly preferred).
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certifications (preferred).
- Experience working in SaaS environments and familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure or DevOps setups (preferred).
- Strong command of tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Confluence, and GitHub Projects for managing workflows and collaboration.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
