Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Profile Summary: Our fastest growing organization is seeking to hire an experienced Technical Project Manager to work on our B2B SaaS Application - Asset Infinity. In a nutshell, you will be responsible for managing the resources, schedules, financials & ensuring quality project deliverables within the specified time- budget constraints by identifying vulnerabilities & create innovative solutions to the problems.
Key Performance Areas;
- Project Management- including planning, task scheduling, resource-task allocation, communication, risk assessment & team management to deliver product sprints on time with the best quality.
- Align with Technical Team to understand client requirement and project deliverable as per the clients- needs and expectations.
- Introduce & continuously improve best practices in software development, agile methodologies and coding standards. Institute change when necessary and appropriate.
- Coach and Mentor the technical team members to bring out efficiency.
- Good experience in managing projects on multi-application platforms on - Web, Android/Ios and Flutter.
- Being able to own customer interactions on the delivery side, on all projects related to a specific customer or client.
- A track record of working with a SaaS product team preferable with a start-up company.
Selection Criterion;
1. Education Qualification - B.Tech(IT/CS)/ BCA and/or MCA.
2. Professional Qualification- Minimum 5 years and ongoing coding experience on Microsoft Technologies- Microsoft Azure, CI/CD and Azure DevOps, ASP.NET,MVC, SQL Server, REST APIs, Jquery/JavaScript and other frontend technologies. Android, iOS native technologies along with Flutter. Extensive experience in Project Management.
3. Technology Stacks- working experience in SaaS/AWS, on any Enterprise Applications like- ERP, CRM, SCM, HCM etc.
4. Soft Skills- Excellent Written-Verbal Communication skills, Risk Bearer, Leader and a Solution - Driven candidate.
