- Partner with Business Development to engage customers during pre-sales, leading technical conversations and aligning solutions to customer needs.
- Deliver technical consultations, virtual demos, and architecture recommendations tailored to enterprise and cloud networking use cases.
- Co-create customer-facing materials: presentations, proposals, architecture diagrams, FAQs, and technical briefs.
- Stay deeply aligned with the product and engineering teams to ensure accurate messaging and up-to-date solution knowledge.
- Participate in technical enablement for partners and internal teams.
- Monitor industry trends and feedback from customer engagements to continuously refine technical positioning and market readiness.
- Occasionally represent the company in online webinars, technical conferences, and partner co-selling opportunities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Graduated with coursework GPA or major-related academic performance in the top 20% of the class is preferred.
- English proficiency required: CET-6, IELTS 6.5, or TOEFL 90+.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical marketing in networking, cloud and AI.
- Hands-on familiarity with SONiC, DENT, data center fabrics, EVPN, or OpenWiFi, OpenWrt is highly desirable.
- Experience working closely with BD/sales teams to drive deal closure.
- Candidates who have obtained sorts of HCNA/HCIP/HCIE certificates in the past two years will not be considered.
