Job Summary
Lead DevOps strategy, team operations, and platform engineering efforts—driving automation, reliability, cost optimization, and cloud-native best practices across the organization
Key Responsibilities
Define DevOps roadmap, standards, and architectural patterns.
· Lead design of CI/CD pipelines, multi-cloud environments, and automation frameworks.
· Mentor DevOps engineers and drive operational excellence.
· Establish infrastructure-as-code standards and reusable templates.
· Implement enterprise observability: tracing, metrics, logs, SLOs/SLIs.
· Oversee Kubernetes clusters, scaling, performance tuning, and security.
· Set governance for deployments, environment management, and access controls.
· Drive incident response, RCA processes, and reliability improvements.
· Optimize cloud spend with FinOps best practices.
· Partner with development, QA, security, and architecture teams for seamless delivery.
Skill Requirements
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes.
· Strong hands-on with IaC (Terraform, Helm, Bicep) and CI/CD systems.
· Knowledge of SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
· Strong understanding of security, networking, and performance tuning.
· Proven experience leading DevOps/SRE teams.
