We are looking to add a Technical Training & Quality Specialist to our team. The Technical Training & Quality Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our Sales Team by strengthening our diagnostic accuracy, ensuring contract quality and enhancing overall sales and operational effectiveness. This role serves as a technical parter to Sales, providing expertise in foundation repair and waterproofing solutions while also supporting the development and success of our Sales Trainers.
What you’ll do:
- Assist Project Managers with complex foundation and waterproofing diagnoses.
- Provide technical insight and education to ensure appropriate solution recommendations with Sales and Production teams.
- Partner with Sales to validate structural conditions and proposed solutions.
- Review contracts for accuracy, completeness and alignment with recommended solutions.
- Help ensure recommendations align with operational capabilities and installation standards.
- Ensure scopes of work are clearly defined and executable.
- Partner with Sales Trainers to support onboarding and ongoing development of sales team members.
- Help translate technical field realities into practical sales training.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Production and Leadership.
- Identify gaps or risks prior to job production.
- Lead the rollout and implementation of new products, materials and services for Sales and Production teams.
- Participate in Sales, Production and operational planning sessions.
- Proactively identify trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
