About the Team

We’re looking for a Technical Writer for a 1.5-year maternity leave replacement position — someone who can help maintain high-quality documentation and describe the workflows related to our task tracker. If you enjoy turning complex processes into clear instructions and know how to structure documentation as a practical tool for the team, we’d love to meet you!
ResponsibilitiesWrite documentation: product modules, technical solutions, guides, and regulationsUpdate materials when changes are made to the product and systemsStandardize documents: structure, formatting, translationArchive outdated content and prevent the accumulation of technical debtGather information from subject matter experts (SMEs): engineers, analysts, product managersMaintain the wiki space structure: templates, navigation, linksTroubleshoot technical issues with rendering, plugins, and markupCreate and configure task tracker boards: structure, filters, viewsEdit automated rules: triggers, transitions, notificationsInvestigate automation failures and rule malfunctionsRequirements2+ years of experience as a technical writer or documentation editorNative Russian, proficiency in written English (B2)Experience with Confluence: creating, structuring, and using templatesUnderstanding of documentation structure principles: guides, reference manuals, regulations, technical solutionsAbility to independently research technical topicsSkill in working with subject matter experts (SMEs): asking questions, gathering and verifying informationBasic understanding of product development: front-end, back-end, microservices, GitAttention to detail: correct links, consistent terminology, adherence to templatesCould be an advantageExperience with microservices architecture documentationExperience at product or fintech companiesUnderstanding of the software development lifecycleExperience translating technical texts from Russian to EnglishFamiliarity with TargetProcess or similar toolsWhat we offerRemote work modelCompetitive remunerationFriendly, enjoyable and positive environment With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.
