Your work profile

 

We are looking for skilled and strong expertise in data architecture, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern data platforms. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

 

Key Skills & Competencies

 

  • 8 + years of experience in design and implement scalable cloud-based data solutions.
  • Lead data engineering teams and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and cloud tools.
  • Work closely with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, performance, and governance standards.
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Expertise in Databricks/Spark and big data processing.
  • Experience in ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling.
  • Strong SQL and Python/Scala skills.
  • Experience managing teams and project delivery.
  • Snowflake knowledge.
  • CI/CD and DevOps practice for data pipelines.
  • Exposure to orchestration tools (Airflow, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
  • Leading teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Managing client expectations and communications.
  • Driving collaboration and team performance.
  • Problem solving and delivering business value.
  • Supporting capability development and mentoring team members.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

      Education - B. tech / BE in Computer Science or Information Technology.

 

Success Metrics

 

  • 10 + years of strong hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Expertise in Databricks/Spark and big data processing.
  • Experience in ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling.
  • Strong SQL and Python/Scala skills.
  • Experience managing teams and project delivery.

 

 

Location and way of working:

 

  • Location: Pune

 

  • Work Model: Hybrid – Mandatory 3 days/week from client office
