Job description

THE BUSINESS

We are Everyday Luxury™.

It's what we do and how we do it — together.

It's working alongside world-class talent in pursuit of world-class results.

It's maximizing your potential in a high-performance culture.

It's knowing that wherever you are, you belong.

It's elevating your world — and the world of those who love and will love Aritzia.

It's You. And an endless runway of opportunity.

With a Global Support Campus in Vancouver and additional Support Office hubs in major cities across North America — including Toronto, New York, Los Angeles and Seattle — our workplace network is strategically designed to support our People and serve our Clients a frictionless experience. So, you can do what you do best — with us.

THE TEAM

The mission of the Engineering Enablement Department — our platform organization — is to provide the composable building blocks, unified foundations, and operational guardrails that empower teams to assemble world-class engineering, data, and AI solutions at scale.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Engineering Enablement team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to design, manage, and scale the community programs, communication frameworks, and operational insights that engineering teams across Aritzia rely on to thrive and adopt technology at scale — from internal documentation hubs and technical roadmaps to developer advocacy networks, hackathons, and sentiment metrics. You will champion our engineers as our valued customers, driving platform adoption through transparent storytelling, data-backed feedback loops, and structured engagement that remove friction from the developer journey, unlocking collaborative capacity across the entire technology organization. With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless – from a rewarding career in Technology, to continued growth and development with Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Enablement Program Manager, you will:

  • Manage project tracking boards and communicate the platform roadmap outward; channel bottom-up requirements from engineering teams to help leadership prioritize what gets built
  • Establish clear communication loops and operating cadence for decentralized developer programs, ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Act as the Product Owner for our central documentation hub, making it the single trusted place engineers go to find technical guidance — whether it is authored in the hub or published from the codebase
  • Facilitate Communities of Practice, Champions networks, and events (such as Office Hours and Hackathons) that break down silos and drive peer-led knowledge sharing
  • Design and manage structured learning pathways, bootcamps, and certifications to drive continuous upskilling across technology teams
  • Partner with technology vendors to coordinate training sessions, enablement workshops, and premier support engagements that help engineering teams get full value from our platform tools
  • Track platform adoption across engineering teams and gather developer feedback on friction points to measure and refine our enablement frameworks

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Enablement Program Manager has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications:
  • Program Management & Execution: Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, prioritize backlogs based on user friction, and coordinate communications across engineering teams
    • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and highly readable documentation
    • Information Architecture: Strong expertise in content architecture, creating intuitive documentation hubs and service catalogs that are easy to navigate and discover
    • Event & Engagement Design: Innovative ideas for the layout, branding, and execution of internal tech culture events such as Hackathons and Innovation Days
    • Internal Platform Marketing: Creative storytelling and marketing instincts, applied to internal campaigns, release notes, and newsletters that generate excitement and drive voluntary platform adoption
    • User Research & Insights: Proficient in setting up feedback loops, designing sentiment surveys, and compiling qualitative feedback into structured data insights
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
