Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Participate in the development and improvement of operational procedures to enhance service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud service models and deployment architectures.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution in cloud environments.
- Ability to work with change management processes including Requests for Change.
- Familiarity with vendor coordination and service management collaboration.
- Good understanding of system monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
