Job Description

Join our Testing Competency Center as a Test Automation Architect and drive modern automation strategies with a strong focus on JavaScript or Python ecosystems. You will play a key role in shaping scalable automation solutions and integrating AI into the SDLC.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end test automation architectures using JavaScript and Python
  • Define automation strategies, including framework selection, tooling, and infrastructure setup
  • Build and scale automation from scratch, ensuring maintainability and reusability
  • Collaborate closely with Dev, DevOps, and QA teams to embed automation into CI/CD pipelines
  • Drive improvements in test coverage, execution speed, and quality metrics
  • Introduce and prototype AI-driven testing solutions (test generation, self-healing, quality insights)
  • Contribute to presales activities: solution design, estimations, and technical proposals
  • Mentor teams and establish best practices in test automation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript (e.g., Playwright, Cypress) and/or Python (e.g., pytest, Robot Framework)
  • Proven experience with building automation frameworks from scratch
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern SDLC
  • Experience in integrating automation into cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools is a strong plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve inefficient QA processes
  • Good communication skills, B2+ English

Nice to have

  • Experience with performance or API testing
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in presales or client-facing roles
