We want to hire you, if:
- You have 5+ years of experience in QA and at least 1 year of leading a QA team
- You bring strong knowledge of the testing domain and the full testing lifecycle
- You can quickly understand complex feature requirements and build a traceability matrix to ensure complete coverage
- You are proficient in reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), and bug investigation
- You communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
- You have experience defining and implementing test strategies within an organization
- You have a proven background in leading and coordinating mid-sized QA teams, guiding engineers, and resolving issues
- You are confident in defining and tracking QA metrics, with the ability to present clear, data-driven results to management
