HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Load, unload, and transport materials between storage areas, production lines, and shipping departments. May at times include loading and unloading trailers.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of materials. Maintain accurate inventory transactions in PLEX ERP system. Assist with cycle counts.
- Supply operators with necessary components and ensure materials are available for molding and assembly processes.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, following all workplace safety regulations.
- Dispose of excess materials and packaging in compliance with ISO14001 environmental and safety standards.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in all work areas.
- Work safely, adhering to the facility’s quality, environmental, health and safety policies and documented work instructions.
- All other assignments deemed necessary while under the direction of the Team Leader, Area Operations Supervisor, Process Manager, or the Director of Operations.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- You’re comfortable with working overtime as needed, including weekends when necessary.
- Forklift certification required. Must be trained and certified on all types of PIVs at the plant.
- Must have exceptional attendance and reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be capable of reading and following detailed work instructions and must comply with all IATF 16949 requirements.

- You are capable of performing the essential functions of the job which at times may include for example lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for long periods of time.
