1. 对于嵌入式开发有一定经验；
2. 对于算子开发有一定经验，包括但不限于nv平台，qc平台，地平线平台；
3. 对于操作并行化，算法优化有一定经验，都编写出高性能的算子操作；
4. 有2-3年以上工作经验。
