Job Description

Analyze recurring fault patterns and trends to identify and mitigate potential future network issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform intra-domain Problem Management process, providing incident ticket assessment, root cause analysis, and permanent fix solutions.

  • Proactive identification of potential threats and vulnerabilities in the network

  • Collaborates and works with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver technical solutions and projects.

  • Provides inputs in crafting reports to effectively deliver network performance and recommend timely solutions.

  • Collaborates within the team to reinforce Network Fault Analytics and drive network sustainability.

  • Support in ticketing process and guidelines updating

  • Supports the crafting of reports to effectively deliver network performance and showcase recommended solutions.

  • Collaborates with internal and external teams on the network performance improvement, providing action plans.

  • Actively participates in SAT/ISAT/HAT activities, leveraging expertise to ensure smooth implementation and minimize service impact.

KPIs:

1. Meet service assurance targets (MTTR, network health check closure, incident reduction)

2. Attain high network availability

3. Hit performance targets (utilization, latency etc.)

4. Vulnerability, Problem and PFT closing
 

TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:

1. NFA/Known Vulnerability prioritization with CoE and Projects

2. Network health, performance, and known vulnerability tracking  and impact mitigation

3. PFT monitoring, Core and Access open ticket processing, analysis and broadcast

4. Network BCM Updates, Assessment and Management

5. Periodic report creation and presentation to customers
