Job role Description

The Infrastructure Engineer focuses on delivering stable, efficient and reliable infrastructure operations through day-to-day performance monitoring and maintenance. He/She supports the design, testing and implementation of routine installations of hardware including computers, network components and multi-functional devices and maintains infrastructure system analysis and reporting tools. He may lead important projects that require providing team members with instruction, guidance and advice. He resolves complex issues and conducts fault analysis.


He possesses a natural knack for investigating infrastructure related issues while taking a methodical approach towards performance monitoring. He maintains high standards of customer service and works well with his team to resolve complex issues.

What will you do:
  • Support infrastructure design and implementation
  • Support infrastructure operations
  • Maintain infrastructure
  • Optimise infrastructure performance
  • Resolve Infrastructure incidents
  • Maintain the software environments for Continuous Integration, Build and Release
  • Participate in performance monitoring and load balancing
  • Implement and automate build procedures used to support the software product development process

  • Administration of Linux based services, SQL/noSQL databases and Docker infrastructure
