Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for banking process teams.
- Develop and update training materials to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Assess and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with process owners to understand training needs and develop tailored training programs.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure training content aligns with compliance requirements.
- Mentor and guide new trainers, sharing best practices and ensuring a consistent training approach.
- Manage training schedules and ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and trainee progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or Training & Development).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in process training within a banking environment.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and processes.
- Versant test score of 5 or above, with a typing speed of 25-30 words per minute and 85% accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
