Position Overview :
IT Shaala is a premier training institute committed to empowering individuals with the skills needed to thrive in today’s tech-driven world. We specialize in delivering hands-on, industry-relevant training in IT and emerging technologies.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Java Trainer with React JS expertise to design, deliver, and facilitate training programs in Full Stack Development. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS, and mentoring learners to apply these skills in real-world projects and industry use cases.
Requirements
Required Skills :
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions (online and/or in-person) in Full Stack Development using Java and React JS
- Design and develop curriculum, training materials, projects, and assessments aligned with industry standards
- Mentor students through hands-on coding exercises, real-time projects, and career guidance
- Provide constructive feedback through code reviews, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions
- Stay updated with the latest Full Stack, Java, and React JS trends, tools, and best practices
- Support marketing efforts through demo sessions, webinars, and technical Q&A sessions when required
Mandatory technical skills:
- Java (JDK 8+) and Spring Boot / Spring Framework (MUST)
- React JS (MUST) – components, hooks, state management
- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 & CSS3 (MUST)
- REST API development and integration
- Database knowledge – MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Version control using Git/GitHub
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts
- Prior training or teaching experience is preferred
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with Java and React JS (MUST)
- Proven experience building Java-based back-end applications and React-based web applications
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Full Stack architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
