    Job Summary: 

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic tutor to provide individualized academic support to students in our behavioral support classroom.
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Work one-on-one and in small groups with students on academic skills aligned with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and grade level curriculum.
    • Implement and monitor the students Behavior Intervention Plan to promote a safe and productive learning environment.
    • Collaborate with the classroom teacher and support staff to develop and implement effective instructional and behavioral strategies.
    • Monitor student progress, document observations, and report back to the classroom teacher.
    • Contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere that fosters student self-esteem and motivation.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

    Qualifications:  Must have a Bachelors degree

    Salary: Up to 32.5 hours per week, $30.74 per hour.  Benefits available for employee only.
