MX Unified Alternative Fulfillment (UAF) includes a variety of programs: Direct Fulfillment (DF) and Vendor Flex (VF). Through these programs, Amazon works hand in hand with a wide range of vendors to ship products from their warehouses directly to our customers. The External Fulfillment Program Manager acts as the crucial bridge between operational teams and Leadership. Through direct involvement in daily operations, this role identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless operational excellence in the interactions between our customers, vendors, and operations teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive program performance through comprehensive analysis of operational metrics and KPIs.
• Lead deep-dive investigations into program challenges and opportunities.
• Design, propose and implement strategies to optimize the program.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and success.
• Identify and execute improvement initiatives to enhance seller and customer experience.
• Manage and streamline the escalation process by establishing clear protocols, filtering critical issues,
and ensuring timely resolution of high-priority matters requiring leadership attention.
• Analyze program health metrics.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
