Unity Developers​

The Opportunity:

As the Unity Developers​, you will be the chief architect of Pentoz’s technical foundation and innovation strategy. This is a defining leadership role for a visionary technologist who thrives at the intersection of systems thinking, product innovation, and high-performance engineering. Your mission: build and scale a world-class technology infrastructure that powers our growth across IT services, SaaS platforms, digital products, and multi-sector businesses.

This is a remote executive position.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Technology Strategy & Vision

• Defining and executing the company-wide technology roadmap—spanning cloud infrastructure, platforms, data, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
  

• Leading long-term architecture and innovation initiatives across business verticals: tech services, SaaS, staffing, hospitality, and more.
  

Engineering Leadership

• Building, mentoring, and managing a global, distributed engineering organization with a culture of excellence, velocity, and accountability.
  

• Implementing best practices in software development, testing, CI/CD, and agile product delivery.
  

Platform & Product Engineering

• Overseeing development of internal and external-facing digital products, including SaaS tools, service platforms, and automation systems.
  

• Partnering closely with Product, Design, and Marketing to deliver delightful, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
  

Infrastructure & Operations

• Ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems—leveraging modern stacks such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
  

• Leading IT operations, cloud services, network management, and vendor relationships.
  

Innovation & Automation

• Driving adoption of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to increase efficiency and competitive advantage across all business units.
  

• Evaluating emerging technologies and shaping how they’re implemented across Pentoz’s future-facing business model.
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and other VPs to align tech with business vision and scale.
  

• Translating business needs into technical solutions that are lean, resilient, and user-centric.
  

This Role Is For You If:

• You have 10+ years in technology leadership, including experience scaling engineering teams in fast-growth SaaS or service-based environments.
  

• You’ve owned end-to-end architecture for large-scale digital platforms and infrastructure.
  

• You’re a builder and strategist—able to move from whiteboard to deployment with clarity and speed.
  

• You’ve led full-stack development teams and modernized legacy systems while implementing agile best practices.
  

• You are fluent in cloud-native architectures, data engineering, DevSecOps, and emerging technologies (AI, ML, RPA).
  

• You’re energized by cross-functional collaboration and building something that impacts millions of lives.
