The Role: Vehicle Technician

This isn't just a repair job—it’s a chance to work with the latest EV technologies, including P/HEV and M/HEV systems including:

·         Comprehensive Vehicle Rework: Fitting and stripping both mechanical and body parts, including body panels, interiors, gearboxes, engines, and suspensions.

·         Technical Execution: Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams to support complex vehicle projects.

·         Diagnostics & Problem Solving: Running advanced vehicle diagnostics and solving complex electronic faults.

·         Data Integrity: Logging all repairs manually or on a digital data system with detailed reporting of work completed.

·         Efficiency & Standards: Performing all assigned tasks in a timely and economic manner, adhering to manufacturer or locally negotiated schedules.

Requirements

If you have a proactive attitude and a passion for automotive excellence, we want to hear from you. You’ll need:

  • A high school diploma and a recognised vehicle technician qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven work experience as a technician and the ability to operate advanced diagnostic equipment.
  • The resilience to work in confined spaces and the independence to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to thrive within a managed turn-key solution environment.

Benefits

We value your skills and offer a package that reflects your expertise:

  • Top-Tier Pay: Earn from £17 per hour (based on experience and performance reviews).
  • Premium Overtime: Boost your earnings with weekend overtime at premium rates.
  • Flexible Contracts: Ongoing work paid via Limited Company or Umbrella (Outside IR35).
  • Varied Shifts: Between 8-hour and 12-hour shifts over a 7-day period
