VCA South Shore (Weymouth) Animal Hospital seeking an experienced Client Service Professional to join our administrative team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients and veterinarians to provide outstanding customer service and facilitate access to medical care for our patients. The right candidate for this job would be an enthusiastic and outgoing personality that loves people and their pets. As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
Providing excellent client service including:
- Greeting visitors warmly, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Helping clients to understand the financial aspects of their visit; processing payments and insurance claims
- Assisting clients in selecting the right products and services for their individual pet
- Educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
This position is for evening shifts only. Typical start times would vary between 2 to 4pm and ending times between 10pm to 12pm. One weekend day is required. Weekend shift would provide a pay differential
