We are looking for a creative and results-driven Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will create high-performing video-ads for leading DTC brands, from scripts, concepts, raw footage, and design assets into compelling stories that engage audiences and drive measurable results.
As part of the creative team, you will work closely with the Media, CRO and brand teams, create and adapt content for different platforms and audiences, and continuously improve videos based on performance data and feedback, utilizing AI tools and improving them. This is a fast-paced B2C environment that requires strong storytelling, excellent execution, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Strong video storytelling and editing skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of digital advertising and web best practices.
- A strong understanding of how design and copy work together in video.
- Copywriting and strategy skills - a major advantage.
- Strong design skills - a major advantage.
- Proficiency in using and developing AI tools - a major advantage
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluent English; approximately 80% of the work is conducted in English.
- Experience creating video advertising content - an advantage.
- Motion graphics skills - an advantage.
- A conceptual thinker and a strong problem solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability to work as a freelancer for at least 160 hours per month.
- An effective multitasker with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create performance-driven video ads for digital platforms.
- Work on scripts, copy, raw footage, stock materials, AI, and design assets into clear and engaging video stories.
- Create multiple versions, formats, and creative iterations for campaign testing.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and visual effects when needed.
- Use campaign data results and draw performance conclusions to improve future creative output and create the next test iterations.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, and media teams.
- Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
