Certifications: 8570.01 M compliance for IAT Level III with a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) with one of the following Virtual Certifications (VCP6), or NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), or Virtual Certified Implementation Expert (VCIX) and the current USARCENT virtualization and storage area network management solutions.
Required Education: HS Diploma/GED
Required Experience: Minimum of three years of I.T. experience engineering I.T. solutions for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and CPN-X


Position Description:  

PingWind is seeking a Virtualization Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise virtualization environments that support critical business and mission operations. This role provides strategic and technical leadership for virtualization platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across data centers, hybrid cloud environments, and enterprise networks.

Primary Responsibilities:


Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
•    Communicate and assist on tasks to operate and maintain the virtual environment. 
•    Ensure tools and applications assigned are compliant with DISA STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guide), IAVAs (Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert), and local, HHQ, and DOD policies. 
•    Manage system hardware, including routine maintenance and RMA/replacement of failed hardware; and provide virtual networking guidelines and standards. 
•    Draft diagrams depicting virtualized environments when requested within seven (7) days using Microsoft Visio. 
•    Design virtualized topologies that leverage existing cloud and virtualization products. Provide SME level expertise and resolve escalated Virtual errors found. 
•    Leverage PowerShell/ Scripting to create scripts in PowerCLI & PowerNSX.
•    Provide expertise on Representational State Transfer (REST) commands in the cloud and virtualization product family.

Required Qualifications

•    Secret

PingWind is seeking Signal/Strategic Planner responsible for developing, coordinating, and synchronizing communications and information technology strategies that support operational and strategic objectives. This role plans and integrates signal capabilities across enterprise and tactical environments to ensure reliable, secure communications supporting command and control operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term signal and communications strategies aligned with operational and organizational objectives.
• Plan and synchronize communications capabilities supporting command and control (C2) operations.
• Translate operational requirements into technical communications architectures.
• Plan and integrate enterprise and tactical communication systems, including voice, data, satellite, and wireless networks.
• Ensure interoperability between multiple communication platforms, networks, and mission systems.
• Support integration of new technologies into existing communication infrastructure.
• Develop communications plans and annexes supporting operational planning processes.
• Coordinate with operational, intelligence, and logistics planners to ensure communications capabilities support mission execution.
