Role: VMware virtualization platforms, knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and Strong administration background in Windows and Linux operating systems(Citrix L2)

Install, build, and
configure Windows Servers (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 & 2025).

Manage Active Directory
services (L2 operations).

Handle system performance
monitoring and tuning.

 

Provision and deploy
physical and virtual servers.

Perform post-build
validation and documentation.

 

Investigate system
crashes, boot failures, and performance issues.

Troubleshoot domain
connectivity, DNS, and authentication problems.

 

Manage and resolve
incidents, service requests, problem tickets and change request.

Maintain server, hardware,
and software inventory.

 

Manage virtual machines
using VMware ESXi and vCenter.

Monitor cluster health,
datastore usage, and resource allocation.

Assist with VMware
patching and upgrades.

Patching & Updates (SCCM / WSUS)

• Monitor patch compliance
  and generate reports.
• Coordinate patching
  schedules and downtime activities.
• Perform vulnerability
  remediation to Windows OS

Certificate Authority (CA) Management

• Issue, renew, revoke
  certificates.
• Maintain certificate
  templates and security policies.

Server Hardware Management

• Troubleshoot hardware
  issues (CPU, RAM, disk failures).
• Monitor hardware health
  using tools (iLO, iDRAC, etc.).

Firmware & Driver Upgrades

• Ensure compatibility with
  OS and applications.
• Perform testing after
  firmware updates.
