Openwork is hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate for a growing company in Houston. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse, have strong inventory experience, and take pride in accuracy and organization, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.
We're looking for dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Bag, package, and prepare products according to customer specifications.
- Process shipments using shipping software and track outgoing packages.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support other warehouse operations and assist where needed.
- Rotate through various workstations as needed to support daily operations (the hiring manager will review each station during the interview to ensure the role is a good fit).
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of warehouse experience required.
- Inventory control and cycle count experience.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with numbers and product information.
- Experience with packaging and shipping processes.
- Experience with ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, or other shipping software is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse is not climate-controlled.
- Large spot cooler provided for employee comfort.
