Job Summary:
To accurately ship customer orders and packages in a timely manner. Receive products and stage for quality checks.
Reporting to: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: 349 Lafe Cox Dr. Johnson City, TN 37604
Schedule: Friday - Monday 7:00AM - 5:00PM
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
- Prepare products for final transport, ensuring pallets are stable, secure, and documented
- Operate automatic pallet wrapper to apply stretch wrap for safe transport
- Use RFID scanner to close production jobs, count, and label finished products
- Organize and stage wrapped pallets by product type in assigned locations
- Operate pallet jack to move materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
- Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and effective teamwork in all tasks
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate pallet jack
- Organize and stage wrapped pallets by product type in assigned locations
- Operate Pallet Wrapper to apply stretch wrap for safe transport
- Consistent and punctual attendance.
- Must be quality driven with good attention to detail but also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position.
- Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Frequently pushes, pulls, and lifts up to 50 lbs.
