What you can expect at FedEx Ground:

• Fast paced and physical warehouse work – why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?


• Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.


• Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.


• Shift lengths vary based on package volume – generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.


• Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Hiring for:

SEASONAL: Full Time 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm. Option to convert to a permanent employee after 12 weeks.

PERMANENT: Part Time or Full Time 3rd shift.
Part Time: 10pm - 2am or 3am-9am, 1-5 day schedules available.
Full Time: 10pm - 7am, 5 days per week


* Package Handlers working AM hours (10:00pm – 10:00am) will receive a $1/hour pay enhancement effective October 3rd, 2021 – October 16th, 2021.
** Package Handlers working weekend shifts will receive a $2/hour pay enhancement effective October 8th, 2021 – October 18th, 2021.
*** Full Time Package Handlers will receive a $1/hour pay enhancement effective October 3rd, 2021 – October 16th, 2021.
**** All Package handlers will receive a $1/hour pay enhancement effective October 3rd, 2021 – October 16th, 2021.

Weekly bonuses available: $75 attendance bonus (Part Time), $150 attendance bonus (Full Time)
