  • Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory control initiatives.

  • Maintain documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Problem Resolution, Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Leverage analytical and critical-thinking skills to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive operational excellence.

  • Investigate order discrepancies and collaborate with appropriate teams to determine root cause and resolve issues.

  • Analyze information from multiple systems to identify trends, errors, and improvement opportunities.

  • Recommend process improvements that enhance customer service, operational efficiency, and inventory accuracy.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency, organization, and performance.

  • Identify, assess, and resolve operational issues while ensuring accurate follow-through and documentation.

Physical Demands:

  • Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Working knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, warehousing, procurement, or logistics processes preferred.
