Must have : Python AND Django

 * Strong communication skills

 * Team player

 * Be able to jump into the project immediately without needing to develop skills

 * Web development experience

 * Needs to have direct experience with automated deployment, scrum/agile teams, peer code reviews, test writing, and everything else we would expect from a senior software engineer

 * Be familiar with writing API’s and refactoring codebases

 * Strong knowledge of modern web frameworks and different view types

 * Needs to be able to give in depth detail on experiences
