WinRate Consulting is looking for a Web Developer to build and maintain the websites, hosting, and landing pages that power our clients' Ad and SEO campaigns. You'll work closely with our Ads and SEO management teams, turning technical requests into fast, reliable, conversion-ready sites. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on client work, is comfortable owning multiple sites at once, and wants to be the go-to technical partner for a growing digital marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client websites and landing pages
  • Implement technical SEO recommendations from the SEO Manager (site speed, schema, indexing, structure)
  • Troubleshoot site issues that affect ad conversion tracking (WhatConverts, pixels, forms)
  • Resolve technical tasks flagged by the Ads and SEO teams in Notion
  • Maintain the daily team check-in system and other internal tooling as needed
  • Keep client site credentials and access documented and secure
  • Coordinate with the Ads Manager and SEO Manager on project timelines

Qualifications

  • Experience building and maintaining marketing/client websites (WordPress or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals
  • Comfortable troubleshooting tracking/pixel issues across ad platforms (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)
  • WordPress/Elementor experience a plus
  • Able to work across multiple client sites and prioritize competing requests
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working with a fully remote team

Compensation

$35,000 - $40,000 yearly
