About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Webflow Developer to join our team, someone with a keen eye for detail and an in-depth understanding of Webflow’s capabilities. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in bringing custom designs to life through seamless, responsive, and interactive websites. In this role, you’ll work closely with our designers and clients to create stunning, high-performing websites tailored to each client’s unique needs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Webflow Development:

    • Build, maintain, and optimize custom websites in Webflow based on provided design assets (Figma, etc.).

    • Create responsive, dynamic, and engaging websites using Webflow’s tools, ensuring sites are optimized for speed and SEO.

    • Implement advanced animations, interactions, and WebGL effects to elevate the user experience.

    • Develop and integrate frontend animations that enhance site interactivity and bring creative designs to life.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the internal team to gather project requirements, provide technical solutions, and offer updates on development progress.

    • Collaborate effectively with designers and project managers, translating business needs into functional, visually appealing websites.

  • CMS and SEO Implementation:

    • Set up Webflow CMS for dynamic content management and work with the team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into every build.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure all websites are fully optimized, responsive, and functional across all devices and browsers.

    • Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and continuously look for ways to improve website performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building custom websites in Webflow, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality projects.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and ability to implement custom code within Webflow when necessary.

  • Experience with Webflow CMS and SEO best practices.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect, responsive websites.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with designers and clients.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
