Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development and implementation of solutions using WebSphere Commerce Server and Java. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design and development of solutions using websphere commerce server and java.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

4. Ensure code quality by performing code reviews and implementing best practices.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and upgrades.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
