Led by Founder & CEO, Rob Roy, we believe in revolutionary innovation, operational excellence and the principle of karma. Switch is where talented people come together to EVOLVE the digital world.

We believe that innovation isn’t just about technology—it’s about the people, culture, and purpose that make it happen. Every Switch team member contributes to a mission greater than themselves: to create the world’s most advanced digital infrastructure that powers the progress of humanity.

The Role: Innovation & Fabrication Coordinator

As an Innovation & Fabrication Coordinator, you will help keep data center construction projects moving by coordinating owner-furnished equipment, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate project documentation. You will work with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure materials arrive on schedule and project information stays current. Your work helps reduce delays, improve coordination, and support successful project delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules for owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment.
  • Track shipments and provide timely, accurate status updates to project teams.
  • Maintain purchase orders, shipping records, invoices, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Support deliveries to Switch warehouses by verifying materials and completing receiving documentation.
  • Participate in contractor and vendor meetings to confirm schedules, responsibilities, and delivery status.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with material replenishment planning.
  • Review drawing revisions to confirm material requirements and project scope.
  • Prepare routine project reports and key performance indicator updates.
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce project delays.
  • Travel to project sites as needed to support construction activities and material coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • You communicate clearly and share complete, accurate information.
  • You stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
  • You follow established processes and raise risks early.
  • You build productive working relationships across teams and with vendors.
  • You take ownership of your work and help solve problems.
  • You deliver reliable results and follow through on commitments.

What You'll Bring

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, construction coordination, fabrication, or a related field.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, shipping documentation, and inventory records.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors or suppliers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard project documentation tools.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting construction or data center projects.
  • Experience working with general contractors.
  • Familiarity with owner-furnished equipment or material coordination.

If you meet most of the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply.
