Job Title: Windows Server Administrator | PowerShell | Ansible Engineer (6-8 Years Experience)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Windows Server Administrator with strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and Ansible automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Windows infrastructure, automating administrative tasks, ensuring system availability, and supporting enterprise-level server environments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO), and IIS.
Perform server provisioning, patch management, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system administration tasks.
Implement Infrastructure Automation using Ansible for configuration management and deployment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, security policies, and server hardening activities.
Monitor server performance, capacity, and system health.
Support backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Required Skills:
6-8 years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience with Ansible for Windows server automation and configuration management.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS, and WSUS.
Experience with patching, monitoring, and server troubleshooting.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Understanding of ITIL processes, security best practices, and compliance standards.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools is an added advantage.
