Job description

- 负责系统软件领域关键技术决策/设计/实现/优化/问题调试定位等；
- 跨领域技术支持，一专多能，与其他专家在技术上交叉覆盖；
- 能够理解芯片或系统项目全貌，理解项目中各部门、各阶段的业务，理解周边团队对系统软件的需求，能够进行任务分解、开发状态跟踪与跨部门协同。
- 涉及技术方向：存算业务（权重烧录/推理），CP/FT/SLT/专项测试底层固件，芯片量产测试系统与工具，集群与业务集成，嵌入式Linux系统与应用。

- 计算机、电子信息、自动化类专业，本科及以上学历，具有完备的计算机专业知识；
- 5年以上商用量产项目嵌入式软件开发经验，嵌入式Linux全栈，具备RTOS与Linux内核模块、硬件驱动以及Linux应用软件开发能力；
- 对计算机系统架构、ARMv8/RISC-V SoC架构、片上总线与网络、常用接口总线与外设有深入理解；
- 对Linux和主流RTOS操作系统的原理与实现（esp. 中断处理、并发机制、任务调度）有深刻理解；
- 精通Linux内核/RTOS/Baremetal场景下的C语言开发，熟练掌握常用数据结构与算法，具备良好的编程规范；
- 项目经验丰富，经过复杂项目锤炼，对软件开发流程和规范有深刻理解和实践；
