Job Description

  • 1、前台事务处理：轉接公司內、外部電話，分機表更新，大厅鞋柜管理；

    2、會議室管理：大厅及内部会议室每周点检确认、设施设备维护，确保可正常使用；

    3、訪客接待管理，需求物品、便当待相关事务处理；

    4、办公文具/名片/印刷品/打印耗材等匯總申購、费用结算；

    5、快递管理，每月快遞費用核對、结算、分攤等；

    6、其它及主管交办事项处理。
