Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team at Binary. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress-based CMS websites for our clients, as well as handling the maintenance and enhancement of Binary’s current corporate website.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, page builders).
· Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance (speed, SEO, security).
· Manage Binary’s own website maintenance, including regular updates, bug fixes, and new feature integrations.
· Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and plugins as per project requirements.
· Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and content teams to ensure seamless delivery.
· Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.
· Ensure adherence to Binary’s IT and Data Security Policies.
· Maintain documentation of development processes, updates, and customizations.

Requirements
· 2–5 years of proven WordPress development experience.
· Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
· Experience with WordPress builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, etc.).
· Ability to create and customize themes and plugins.
· Familiarity with SEO best practices, website optimization, and analytics integration.
· Knowledge of version control systems (GitHub/Bitbucket).
· Experience with WooCommerce and other CMS platforms is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent practical experience.
WordPress certification (optional but preferred).
