Working hours: Minimum of 5hrs/week (Even a few hours a week can make a huge difference.)

Role
This is a volunteer remote role for a WordPress developer! Are you a WordPress Developer with a passion for helping cool projects come to life? We're looking for WordPress developers to join our team and help us level up our recruitment/talent platform!
Someone who will work on designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring their functionality and optimisation, and assist with various tasks, including:
What You’ll Do
Building and customising new pages and features on WordPress.
Design tweaks: Redesign sections of the site to keep it fresh and visually appealing. Figma designs will be provided for you to follow.
SEO & backlinking: Optimize our site to rank higher and attract more visitors (optional but a plus)
Tech & Security: Block unwanted users (phishers), maintain configurations, troubleshoot issues and keep things running smoothly.
Analytics: Monitor performance, pull traffic data and suggest optimizations.
Skills We’re Looking For
You have at least 3+ years of WordPress and plugins or other CMS experience. Experience with Elementor is a plus
SEO know-how (Google Analytics, debugging tools, etc.).
Ability to work proactively without constant follow-ups
You have good communication skills in a remote team environment. Someone that responds to messages within 24-48 hrs and doesn't ghost when things get hard.
