Job Summary

 

Purpose or Role of the Position.

Person will help out in the design and production of print and copy orders.

Responsibilities

 

Help in the design, layout, and production of t-shirt orders, poster orders, sticker orders. As well as using various digital printers to produce finished orders.
 

Required Qualifications

 

Art background or art student with some knowledge of design software.

Proposed Salary

 

$10/hr.

Position Classification:

Federal Work-Study (FWS) positions are grouped into three general levels based on job duties and required skills:

  • Entry-Level: Basic tasks with little to no prior experience required. Duties may include clerical work, customer service, or general office support.
  • Intermediate: Positions that require some prior experience or specific skills. Duties may include tutoring, lab assistance, or more independent administrative work.
  • Advanced: Roles that require specialized skills, training, or significant responsibility. Duties may include research assistance, technical support, or leadership roles.

Procedure for Determining Pay Rate:

Federal Work-Study (FWS) pay rates are based on the type of job, responsibilities, and skills required. Pay is set within the university's student wage guidelines and follows federal and state minimum wage laws.

Rates may vary by position and are determined in coordination with Financial Aid, based on available funding and the student's FWS award.

Evaluation Procedures and Schedules

We are open from 8:00am til 5:00 M-F. Work times would be scheduled around your class schedule during the open hours.
