Position Summary
The Workshop Technician (Mechanical/Electrical) role involves hands-on work with complex mechanical and electrical systems. Based in Hoofddorp, this position is ideal for technically oriented professionals eager to perform diagnostics, repairs, and testing on industrial control components within a high-tech, international workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults in governors and industrial control equipment.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical and electrical components.
- Conduct functional testing, calibration, and quality inspections.
- Document all repair processes, test results, and technical findings accurately.
- Collaborate closely with field service and engineering departments.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment.

Candidate Profile
- MBO4+ degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Practical technical skills; workshop experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
- Reliable, proactive, and motivated to learn.
- Valid Dutch or EU work authorization required.
